Formación

• Six+ years of experience managing end-to-end digital marketing projects across multiple channels.
• Experience in franchise or multi-location businesses.
• Agency setting experience and client-facing responsibilities.
• Ability to forecast and manage project budgets and resources.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end digital marketing projects across SEO, Paid Media, website, lifecycle, social, content, PR.
• Be the day-to-day contact for assigned projects across franchise/multi-location clients.
• Set budgets, scope, and timelines; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality work.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project launches, risks, and bottlenecks; adjust timelines as needed.
• Support sales with presentations and proposals.
