Job summary

Michael Page International México Reclutamiento Especializado S.A. de C.V. seeks a Senior Director of Cost Accounting to lead global cost management across manufacturing operations.

You will establish standard costing, drive profitability analysis, and partner with executive teams to steer strategic financial decisions. The role requires 15+ years in manufacturing finance, strong governance capability, and experience across Shared Services, GBS, and CoE structures to execute cost optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance, accounting, engineering, or business field.
• MBA or advanced finance qualification preferred.
• CPA/CMA or equivalent certification desirable.
• 15+ years leading manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and operational finance.
• Experience governing global cost management within shared services and multinational plants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a global cost management strategy aligned with financial and operational goals.
• Lead standard costing, inventory valuation, overhead allocation, and cost accounting globally.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to identify cost savings and investments.
• Establish global policies and reporting to ensure cost visibility, governance, and accountability.
• Mentor and develop global cost teams and foster cross-regional collaboration.
