Nielsen is transforming its Global Procurement function and seeking a contract management professional to scale contract operations across all third-party spend. You will own contracts end-to-end, develop sourcing plans, and maintain supplier relationships while collaborating with Legal to ensure compliance and governance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, process optimization, and global coordination under the Contract Manager.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or contract administration.
• Experience supporting a procurement function with contracting responsibilities.
• Legal awareness and ability to interpret supplier contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Contract Lifecycle Management: develop and fulfill contract requirements and advise on rights and obligations.
• Legal & Stakeholder Collaboration: coordinate with cross-functional teams and respond to legal requests.
• Relationship Building: maintain internal stakeholder relationships for aligned objectives.
• Database & Repository Oversight: manage contract documentation and tracking systems.
• Sourcing & Negotiation: lead procurement activities and negotiate terms with providers.
• Process Optimization & Data Insights: drive TCO reductions through analytics and process improvements.
