Cemex in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Compliance professional to support the implementation of its global compliance program across anticorruption, AML, sanctions, and third‑party risk management. You will help maintain policy updates, training campaigns, and audit‑ready documentation.

The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring regulatory developments, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for Cemex.

Formación

• Law degree required with corporate law exposure (1–3 years preferred).
• Advanced English; strong knowledge of anti‑corruption and sanctions frameworks.
• Experience with third‑party risk assessments, KYC/KYB processes, and related activities.
• Ability to maintain organized records and support internal/external audits.
• Discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation and ongoing execution of Cemex's Global Compliance Program across functions.
• Assist in oversight of anticorruption, AML, sanctions, and conflicts of interest worldwide.
• Monitor laws and regulations; analyze impacts and advise on implementation strategies.
• Support third‑party risk management, due diligence, onboarding reviews, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Maintain organized evidence logs and audit‑ready documentation; support platforms and campaigns.
• Provide general support to the Legal Compliance Department and assist trainings and policy updates.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet SLAs.
