SAP SE in Mexico City / Latin America region seeks a GCO Technical Project Lead Head to drive delivery across onboarding, migrations, and upgrades for the RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition stack. You’ll coordinate regional teams, manage escalations, and ensure revenue recognition targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years in technical managed services, strong BASIS and project management, and fluency in Spanish and English with travel readiness

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in technical domains and/or technical managed services.
• 10+ years of BASIS experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of technical migrations (SAP system migrations, cloud transitions).
• Proven leadership of international, multicultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate teams to execute projects, programs, and ongoing GCO activities.
• Develop and implement delivery strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Act as primary contact for escalations during onboarding, migrations, and upgrades.
• Align delivery with client expectations and commercial goals.
• Provide regular delivery metrics and risk updates to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement and a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
• Represent GCO in regional meetings and collaborate with interfaces.
