Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Typically 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, data management, or project controls.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data handling.
• Familiarity with PowerSteering, SAP, or similar systems is a plus.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Global Portfolio Forecast file with complete and timely data.
• Consolidate monthly actuals spending from all segments and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure forecast, actuals, and project data are aligned and reconciled.
• Extract and review daily PowerSteering reports for new projects.
• Update central Capex project database and perform data clean-up to improve quality.
• Interface with segment engineering and finance teams to update Capex forecasts.
• Support monthly Capex governance reviews and data-driven decision making.
• Track KPI metrics like cycle time and approval lead times with high data quality.
