• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in import operations, international logistics, customs, or foreign trade.
• Good understanding of Mexican import regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international suppliers.
• Intermediate Excel skills for reporting and operational analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor automotive spare parts import operations.
• Work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Review import documentation and support customs clearance activities.
• Track international shipments and monitor cargo release status.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries to distribution centers and warehouses.
• Follow up on logistics incidents and implement corrective actions when required.
• Monitor logistics, freight, and customs-related costs to ensure operational efficiency.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain operational reports and shipment status updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within import and logistics processes.
