Job summary

NielsenIQ is hiring a Global Enablement IV to lead AI and ML-driven transformation across its production ecosystem in Mexico City. You will partner with local, regional, and global teams to design, test, and scale AI-enabled processes, aiming to improve efficiency and data quality while enabling stakeholder adoption.

You will drive change across Output, Content, Statistical Operations, and Technology functions, delivering governance, training, and documentation to support global implementations.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Ability to translate operational needs for AI/ML initiatives.
• Experience with GRFE/SIRVAL or Nielsen Input Validation processes.
• Proven track record driving process improvements and stakeholder influence.
• Strong communication, training, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and ML-driven initiatives to enhance data quality and efficiency.
• Design solutions to optimize SIRVAL/GRFE processes and platforms.
• Partner with Global Operations and Technology teams for scalable improvements.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment, and adoption of new tools and processes.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure data accuracy and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization.
• Analyze and resolve data, system, and process issues with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as liaison between business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Maintain process documentation, governance, and quality controls.
• Provide technical and functional expertise for platform enhancements and global implementations.
• Drive stakeholder communication, training, and change management initiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across global teams.
