Michael Page is seeking a Chief Accounting Manager for a leading multinational manufacturing company in Monterrey to lead and transform its global accounting organization, ensuring financial integrity and world-class reporting.

The role requires IFRS/US GAAP expertise, COSO/SOX governance, and the ability to standardize processes across international operations while building a high-performing team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with leadership responsibilities.

Mansioni

• Lead global corporate accounting activities including general ledger, consolidation, statutory reporting, and close processes.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in IFRS and applicable local standards.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and audit readiness using COSO and SOX frameworks.
• Standardize, simplify, and automate accounting processes across international operations.
• Oversee intercompany accounting and complex legal-entity structures.
• Partner with IT to optimize ERP systems and data governance.
• Develop a high-performing, accountable global accounting organization.
