Flowserve Corporation is seeking an Accountant to analyze financial information and prepare reports to record assets, liabilities, and profit or loss within the organization.

The role involves month-end closings under US-GAAP, teamwork in accounting activities, and producing daily and monthly reports for the General Accounting team. Strong English communication and Excel skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Keen on building positive relationships.
• Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexibility to cope with process changes.

Responsabilidades

• Actively participating in accounting and month end closing processes under US-GAAP.
• Performing accounting activities with the team.
• Reporting: provide daily and monthly reports and assist colleagues in General Accounting.
• Perform month-end closings, GL analysis, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and prepare SOX controls.
• Maintain continuous contact with vendors and customers regarding fixed asset issues.
• Assist with issues affecting timely month-end closing.
• Other tasks as assigned.
