Qualifications

• 5-8 years of banking and investment products experience.
• Demonstrates core credit skills.
• Proficient in credit origination and documentation.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance risk and reward in deals.
• Experience with financial modeling and statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Calls on clients to deepen relationships and anticipates needs.
• Coordinates with internal departments to resolve issues and ensures service quality.
• Introduces solutions to build a strong portfolio for clients.
• Works with product specialists to structure customized solutions for clients.
• Collaborates with Case Manager on onboarding and KYC compliance.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen share of wallet.
• Supports Senior RM in structuring deals balancing risk and reward.
• Shares market updates and intelligence to maximize client experience.
• Researches prospective clients with leadership involvement.
• Networks with clients to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepares and oversees new transaction submissions and annual reviews for credit management.
• Actively protects Citi’s assets and reputation through risk management.
