Placements24 is seeking a Senior Trabajador Social de Casos to join our Puebla team. You will manage a caseload, assess client needs, and develop individualized service plans to help individuals and families navigate social services in the Puebla region.

You will coordinate housing, employment, healthcare, and education referrals, provide advocacy and crisis intervention, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with local partners to promote client self-sufficiency and ethical practice

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in direct case management or social services.
• Strong knowledge of Puebla social services and referral pathways.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
• Proficient in case management and electronic records.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades
