Job summary

EZPAWN MANAGEMENT MÉXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V is seeking a store supervisor to ensure excellent customer service, oversee pawn and sales processes, and drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment in Mexico City region.

The role requires at least 2 years in supervisory roles, strong leadership, and the ability to manage teams of 4+ employees, with a focus on process execution, inventory control, and asset protection. This position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or an incomplete degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in supervisory roles (store supervisor, manager, coordinator).
• Experience leading teams (4+ people), making decisions and solving problems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and pressure-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service standards and attentive service.
• Oversee execution of sales and pawn processes.
• Maximize results and KPI indicators.
• Control store inventory.
• Supervise staff: coverage, hiring, onboarding, training, and retention.

Actividades

• Garantizar los estándares de atención y servicio al cliente
• Asegurar la ejecución de los procesos de ventas y empeño
• Maximizar la generación de resultados e indicadores
• Controlar el inventario de la tienda
• Supervisar todos los aspectos de la gestión de personal: cobertura, contratación, inducción, capacitación y retención.
• Salvaguardar el patrimonio de la empresa.

Requisitos

• Preparatoria terminada (obligatorio) o Licenciatura trunca
• Indispensable experiencia mínima de 2 años como Subgerente, Gerente, Supervisor, Coordinador o Encargado de Unidad de Negocio.
• Manejo de personal (equipos de al menos 4 personas)
• Experiencia liderando equipos, tomando decisiones y resolviendo problemas.
• Habilidades de análisis, organización y trabajo bajo presión
• Disponibilidad para laborar presencial, tiempo completo y fines de semana
