Una empresa internacional de soluciones eléctricas busca un profesional para gestionar recursos humanos, incluyendo reclutamiento y salarios. Se exige al menos una licenciatura en Adminisración, Psicología o Relaciones Industriales, así como conocimiento de la Ley Laboral. Se valorará experiencia en manejo de conflictos y administración de personal en un ambiente dinámico en Apodaca, Nuevo León.
Diseña e implementa y monitorea estrategias y programas y políticas de RH, incluyendo reclutamiento, entrenamiento y desarrollo, evaluación de desempeño, compensaciones, beneficio, igualdad de oportunidades y diversidad, etc. Anticipa y planea para necesidades y tendencias de RH a largo plazo.
Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, psicología o bien Relaciones Industriales
Ingles 90%, conocimiento de la Ley Laboral y del IMSS habilidad para negociar, liderazgo
Habilidad para trabajar en equipo, conocimiento de la administración de sueldos
