Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management
• Proven experience managing projects within the Mexico market, around Morelia, Michoacán
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in PM software (MS Project, Asana, Jira)
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
