Placements24 is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead industrial and logistics facilities in Culiacán, Sinaloa. You will oversee from concept to completion, manage budgets, schedules, and teams, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or construction management degree and at least 10 years of progressive PM experience on warehouses, manufacturing plants, or distribution centers, with strong MS Project or Primavera P6 skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing industrial and logistics facilities (warehouses, plants, distribution centers).
• Strong knowledge of scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and closing of industrial and logistics construction projects in Culiacán.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identify critical paths, manage risks.
• Lead and motivate project teams including engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
