Placements24 seeks an experienced Production Line Manager to lead manufacturing operations in Cuernavaca, Morelos. This senior role oversees daily production, safety, quality, and cost control, with a strong emphasis on lean improvements and team development.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in manufacturing leadership, 5 years in supervision, a Bachelor's in an engineering field (MBA preferred), and proven expertise in production planning, ERP/MES systems, and building high-performance

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or similar field.
• MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive manufacturing management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory or management roles.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and manage all production department activities to ensure timely output.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet demand.
• Supervise and mentor production supervisors and line leads.
• Monitor KPIs (OEE, yield, scrap) and drive improvement actions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Manage production budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and engineering.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and inventory control.
• Oversee hiring, performance management, and staff development.
