Job Description

As a key member of the GR organization in Mexico, this role is responsible for ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence in real estate and facility management. The position drives harmonization, compliance, and transformation across national operations, contributing to the sustainable growth of Bosch business in the country.


Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure Compliance & Harmonization – Align Bosch and GR global guidelines, standards, and strategies with local requirements. Adapt when necessary and promote harmonization of core processes.

  • Strategic & Tactical Management – Lead national-level real estate and facility management processes and projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and long‑term objectives.

  • Demand Steering & Service Provision – Manage nationwide demands and guarantee optimal provision of space, infrastructure, and services across all sites.

  • Portfolio Evaluation & Site Strategy – Assess the real estate portfolio and define strategic actions based on site evaluations and business priorities.

  • Team Development & Resource Management – Drive resource planning and competence development for the entire GR team in the country, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Business Planning & Reporting – Facilitate bottom-up business planning and reporting processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and strategic relevance.

  • Internal Charging & SLA Management – Establish and manage internal charging contracts (Service Level Agreements) to ensure transparency and efficiency.

  • Project Management Office (PMO) Leadership – Steer the GR PMO, ensuring effective governance, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives.

  • Contaminated Sites Management (CSM) – Coordinate CSM topics nationally, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and risk mitigation.

  • Digital Transformation & Organizational Growth – Spearhead digital initiatives and accelerate the transformation and growth of the GR organization in the country.

  • Integrated Facility Management – Oversee the IFM contract and ensure effective management of third-party providers, driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement in service delivery.


Qualifications

Education



  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, or related fields is preferred.

  • English – Advanced Required.


Professional Experience



  • 8+ years of experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, Real Estate, or similar corporate functions.

  • Proven experience leading national or multi-site strategic projects, preferably in global or manufacturing organizations.

  • Strong understanding of maintenance operations, asset management, energy, infrastructure, and general services.

  • Experience aligning with global standards, implementing governance processes, and ensuring compliance.

  • Background in digital transformation projects (CAFM, IWMS, IoT, or similar systems).

  • Demonstrated success managing Integrated Facility Management (IFM) contracts and vendor performance.
