Medtronic is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, and new product introductions at our Juárez site. You will manage a bilingual engineering team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive quality, productivity, and cost objectives.

Required 7+ years in manufacturing engineering and 3+ years in leadership within a global setting; strong English/Spanish communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Lean Six Sigma belt certification.

• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.

A Day in the Life

Are you an experienced engineering leader passionate about driving operational excellence and developing high-performing teams?

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering organization at our Juárez manufacturing site.

In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, new product introductions, and process optimization initiatives. You will lead a bilingual (English/Spanish) engineering team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive initiatives that improve quality, productivity, and business performance.
