Russell County Hospital is seeking a General Maintenance professional for its Plant Operations. The role focuses on installing, operating, maintaining and repairing hospital mechanical systems and related equipment, with emphasis on preventative maintenance and safety compliance.

Strong preference for healthcare experience, but candidates without it will also be considered. Position type is pool/PRN/per diem with varying shifts; closing date for applications is provided in the posting.

General Maintenance - Plant Operations Job Summary: Install, operates, maintains, repairs and performs preventative maintenance on all hospital mechanical systems, equipment, buildings and grounds. Maintains inventory of parts and control list to expedite repair of equipment. Maintains all tools and equipment according to department standards. Maintains commitment to personal growth and competency. Contributes to the safe operation of the Plant Operations Department and Hospital-wide security
