Epiroc in Matehuala, Mexico, seeks an experienced accounting leader to oversee the finance function, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, manage taxation and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across processes. The role reports to senior management and requires strong leadership and technical accounting skills.

The successful candidate will oversee month-end close, manage reconciliations, and mentor staff while contributing to strategic financial planning and risk management.

• Led and developed the accounting team through training and mentoring.
• Reviewed and approved accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Established and implemented accounting procedures and best practices.
• Prepared monthly and annual financial statements.
• Performed reconciliations of key balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Prepared depreciation and amortization schedules.
• Reviewed tax calculations and filings for regulatory compliance.
• Conducted performance evaluations and provided continuous feedback to foster development and engagement.
