TeamUp is seeking a GenAI Architect to design and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions embedded within product platforms. This role bridges AI research, engineering, and product development to ensure scalable, secure GenAI capabilities aligned with business goals. The position requires on-site work in Cleveland, OH, with strict eligibility for U.S.

citizenship or work authorization. You will drive end-to-end GenAI architecture, guide engineering teams, and establish standards for

Formación

8+ years in software architecture, ML engineering, or platform engineering.
2+ years hands-on with AI/ML systems, including Generative AI.
Strong software engineering background (Python, Java, or similar).
Prior work with enterprise AI governance or regulated industries.
Familiarity with open-source AI ecosystems.
Background in data platforms or analytics engineering.
U.S. citizenship or valid U.S. work authorization (visa) — on-site Cleveland, OH.

Responsabilidades
