Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a GCP Cloud Engineer to architect and manage cloud infrastructure using GKE, Cloud Run, and Terraform. You will lead an AWS-to-GCP migration workstream, assess workloads, define target architectures, and drive production cutover.

Strong CI/CD with Azure DevOps and scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell are required. You will design cloud networking, IAM, security and landing zones, optimize costs, and deploy serverless workloads while ensuring reliable, scalable delivery

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Cloud Engineering with a focus on GCP.
• Strong knowledge of GCP services: GKE, Compute Engine, IAM, VPC, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloud Load Balancing.
• Hands-on experience with GKE, Docker, GKE networking, and Helm.
• Azure DevOps for CI/CD automation.
• Terraform for provisioning cloud resources.
• Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
• Cloud security, IAM, and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and maintain GCP resources via Terraform or automation.
• Implement storage and database services like Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Filestore.
• Configure Cloud Load Balancers for high availability and scalability.
• Design cloud networking, IAM, security, landing-zone components.
• Optimize resources and costs across GCP environments.
• Deploy and optimize workloads on GKE; use Helm for microservices.
• Migrate workloads across clouds (AWS to GCP).
• Automate CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and scripting.
• Incorporate DevSecOps checks and cross-cloud migration tooling.
