Daimler Truck Financial Services México is seeking an Entry Level Funding Analyst in Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Mexico City. You will review small business contracts for regulatory and sales tax compliance, upload records to the DTFS portfolio system, and ensure documentation is complete before funding.

You will work with dealers, sales, and credit teams to reconcile discrepancies, mitigate risk, and help maintain strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong English proficiency is required.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Funding/credit analysis experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Audit and review Fleet and Small Business contracts for regulatory compliance.
• Upload documents from group email into PEGA, create cases, and index documents for storage post-funding.
• Review pricing to confirm contracts match approved pricing and authority limits.
• Establish contract records in the DTFS portfolio system and ensure dealer settlements are accurate.

Objective of the position: Responsible for reviewing small business contracts to ensure they are compliant with both company regulatory and sales tax requirements. Upload account records to DTFS portfolio system for small business customers.Ensure all required customer documentation is received and properly executed prior to funding to mitigate risk of future collection losses. Work closely with dealers, sales, and credit teams to reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external customers.

Indispensable Requirements

• Previous experience in funding, credit analysis or a related field is preferred but not required

Academic Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Main Functions

• Audit and review Fleet and Small Business contracts for regulatory and company policy/procedure discrepancies


• Upload documents from group email into PEGA, create corresponding cases, and index individual documents within each case to ensure correct document type allocation for ECM storage post-funding, including handling piecemeal submissions from the DFM Sales team for review.


• Review/request current pricing to determine if contract matches approved pricing and appropriate limits of authority have been met.


• Establish contracts records in DTFS portfolio system and ensure dealer settlement amounts are accurately dispersed #Trucks
