HCLTech Mexico is seeking a full stack developer with UI experience to join our Guadalajara team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, collaborating with product owners, UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Build responsive and reusable UI components following modern frontend development practices.

• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical discussions.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers and support best practices in coding and application architecture.

Location: This position is temporarily remote within the Guadalajara, Jalisco area; however, a return-to-office model will be implemented soon.

Candidates residing outside Guadalajara must be available and willing to relocate immediately.
