BairesDev is hiring a Fullstack Python + JS Software Engineer. You will maintain and build Django and JavaScript applications central to our Talent Acquisition platform.

You will gather requirements, propose improvements, design features, and implement solutions for scalable, high-quality software. The role emphasizes end-to-end development, working with Django REST APIs and JS frontends, with a focus on enhancing our recruitment tools.

Formación

• 3+ years as a software developer.
• 3+ years of experience with Python.
• 1+ year of experience with Django.
• 1+ year of experience with JavaScript.
• Some frontend experience.
• Experience with SQL databases (preferably Postgres).

Responsabilidades

• Write and test code for Django applications that structure our technical interviews.
• Build UIs using JavaScript frameworks for Django applications and REST APIs.
• Research, design, and write new features for Talent Acquisition applications.
• Evaluate and elaborate proposals for the improvement of current systems.
• Gather user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Step into the Fullstack Python + JS Software Engineer role, where you'll leverage your advanced skills in Python and JavaScript. In this job, you will maintain and build applications with Django and JavaScript, which are at the heart of BairesDev's Talent Acquisition.

You'll gather user requirements, elaborate proposals for improvements, research, design, and write features for Talent Acquisition applications.

What You Will Do
