Tecnológico de Monterrey is seeking a Full-Time Mechatronics Faculty Member to design and deliver rigorous courses, mentor students, and advance a world-class program in automation and robotics.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD in Automation and Robotics Engineering, has university teaching experience, publishes in top journals, and collaborates with industry on research projects. Fluency in English is required to support international standards.

Formación

• Ph.D. in Automation and Robotics Engineering.
• University-level teaching experience including undergraduate/professional courses.
• Recent publications as first author in Q1 and/or Q2 journals (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in research projects, educational innovation, consulting, or information systems development (preferred).
• Industry experience in mechatronic systems integration, automation, robotics, and/or artificial vision (preferred).
• Fluency in English, particularly in technical and professional contexts.

1. What will you do?

As a Full-Time Faculty Member in Mechatronics, you will join one of the leading educational institutions in Latin America, consistently ranked among the world’s top universities and recognized for its academic excellence, educational innovation, and international outlook.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of highly competitive students, the strengthening of our academic community, and the national and international positioning of Tecnológico de Monterrey through academic practice aligned with global standards of quality, impact, and relevance.
