Turtle Trax S.A. in Mexico is seeking a Full-stack Semi Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will design and build high-quality, scalable software, while setting standards for code quality, patterns, and testing, and guiding junior engineers toward growth.

You will collaborate with product teams, architects, and UX designers to deliver seamless solutions that scale, secure, and perform while driving best practices across the stack.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-stack enterprise software development experience.
• Strong foundation in software engineering design principles and scalable architectures.

Requirements

What you bring

• 5+ years of full-stack enterprise software development experience (UI, backend, API, database).
• A strong foundation in software engineering design principles and scalable architectures.

Required Technical Skills:

• Java (version 8 and above) Spring Boot or similar frameworks
• SQL (relational) databases
• REST, React or JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS
• Cloud-native development with AWS
• Unit testing practices (experience with frameworks like JUnit, Mockito)
• Event-driven architectures

Desired Technical Skills

• Mobile cross-platform development with React Native or equivalent frameworks (.NET Maui / Xamarin or Flutter)
• Testing automation using frameworks like Selenium and RestAssured or equivalent
• Generative AI/LLMs
• NoSQL databases (AWS DynamoDB or equivalent)
• Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence) or equivalent
