Job summary

Resolv Global is hiring a full-time engineer to build production-grade web apps on Azure, covering backend APIs, frontend dashboards, and AI-enabled features. You will review prototypes, migrate them to real users, and ensure secure, scalable deployments.

You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers and project teams across EST hours. Required are 3–5 years of full-stack development with Azure experience, strong TypeScript/Node/React skills, and API integration expertise.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years building production web apps across backend and frontend.
• At least 2 years building and running applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and React skills; Python for AI/ML services.
• Experience designing and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching, and queues.
• Familiarity with real-time or event-driven systems (WebSockets, streaming, messaging).
• Experience integrating third-party APIs including LLMs.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools (Bicep or Terraform).
• Good testing, monitoring, debugging, and code review practices.
• Ability to turn prototypes or AI-generated code into stable production apps with robust tests and security.

Responsibilities

Working Environment

You'll work remotely from Colombia or Mexico, collaborating with AI/ML engineers, project management, CX design, and BPO operations teams. Working hours are aligned with EST business hours.

What You'll Bring

• Good testing, monitoring, debugging, and code review practices.
• A track record of turning prototypes or AI-generated code into stable production applications by addressing security gaps, weak error handling, and missing tests.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, and the ability to review, validate, and correct their output.
• Professional written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Based in Colombia or Mexico, with the right to work in that country.

Nice to Have

• Azure certifications, such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, or Azure AI Speech.
• Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
