The ideal candidate will oversee the design and maintenance of web applications, manage project timelines, and mentor junior developers. • Development Expertise: Strong proficiency in React Next.js to oversee design, development, and maintenance of web applications
• Azure DevOps Skills: Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and integration processes
• Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet business goals
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration across teams, including QA, Product Management, and Operations
• Team Leadership: Manage and guide a growing team of junior developers, providing mentorship and fostering skill development
• Agile/Scrum Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to apply them effectively
