Qualifications

• 4+ years of software/solutions engineering or technical implementation experience.
• 2+ years in customer-facing technical work.
• Strong coding in Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Solid SQL and data-mapping skills.
• Track record of owning a customer project from scoping to go-live.
• Fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Willing to travel to Latin America as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical onboarding for strategic accounts from scoping to go-live and adoption.
• Lead technical workshops with customer engineering and finance teams (sometimes on-site).
• Write clear implementation plans, set timelines, and flag risks early.
• Be the trusted technical point of contact after go-live for escalations and expansion.
• Turn customer feedback into prioritized input for Product and Engineering, and partner with Sales on technical discovery.
