Nutreco, a global leader in animal nutrition and aquafeed, is seeking a Skilled Operator in Mexico. The role covers basic operator tasks, equipment operation, and adherence to quality, safety, and environmental guidelines to meet production targets.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, basic maintenance, data logging, and contributing to continuous improvement while ensuring safe and clean work areas on the production line.

Formación

• Basic operator level with on-the-job and specialized training.
• Knowledge of materials, equipment and tools required.
• Ability to perform (semi) routine tasks with supervision as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Executes operational activities such as discharge, load, transport, clean, label, and operate equipment to support safe, efficient production.
• Periodically inspects and performs small maintenance tasks on production equipment, reporting defects.
• Logs data and information on production orders in logbooks or systems for traceability.
• Signals deviations in processes and suggests improvements with supervisor.
• Complies with safety, environmental and quality regulations and procedures.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and orderly production site.
• Supports SHEQ awareness and reacts to hazardous situations when present.
