H.B. Fuller, located in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to receive, store, and move materials within a fast-paced production environment.

A valid stand-up and sit-down forklift operator experience is required, along with basic computer skills and SAP RF Gun familiarity. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, and ensuring proper labeling and documentation for shipments.

Qualifications

• Stand-up forklift operator with verifiable experience.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• High school diploma or technical degree.
• 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished products according to company procedures.
• Prepare and stage materials for production and shipping based on work orders.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS or SAP).
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality guidelines, including handling hazardous materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse in compliance with 5S standards.
• Report discrepancies or damaged materials to supervisors promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations.
