AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Flutter Developer to own an iOS product from scratch, driving greenfield development and turning product needs into engineering decisions. This role requires supervising AI-assisted development and collaboration with AI tools to ensure quality.

You will work across Flutter and low-level contexts, with a focus on delivering robust mobile features. hybrid work options and competitive USD-based compensation are offered.

• Strong hands-on Flutter engineering with 3+ years of experience.
• Ability to lead greenfield product development as the single engineer.
• Critical thinking: break complex problems into clear steps, identify unknowns, and ask useful questions of teammates and AI agents.
• Ability to supervise AI-assisted development, review generated code, and verify implementations.
• Willingness to learn and contribute outside the primary stack, including C++ packages, front-end tasks, and CI/CD.

This person drives greenfield development independently, turning product needs into engineering decisions while building familiarity with iOS and low-level technology as needed. WHAT YOU WILL DO

MUST HAVES

NICE TO HAVES

• High-level understanding of LLVM, Swift, and C++.
• Familiarity with iOS development and the associated build ecosystem.
• Experience with application hardening, code obfuscation, runtime protection, or developer tooling.
