As a Fleet Planning Sr. Coordinator

You will lead the financial strategy behind Viva's fleet and asset acquisitions.

You’ll analyze and negotiate financing options for aircraft, engines, and other high-value assets, ensuring optimal cost structures and favorable conditions.

You will also collaborate with the Procurement team to manage bidding processes for key services, and represent Viva in negotiations with OEMs, MROs, and lessors, driving efficient, financially sound decisions that strengthen the company's long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and financing processes for aircraft, engines, and other high-value assets, ensuring optimal cost structures and contractual conditions.
• Analyze and evaluate financing alternatives to reduce total acquisition and financing costs, applying tools such as NPV, IRR, and cash flow models.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for the Board and C-level, translating complex data into strategic insights.
• Design and oversee bidding and procurement processes with suppliers, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and efficiency.
• Manage compensations and commercial agreements with manufacturers, securing compliance with performance and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance.
• Strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation, and project assessment.
• Advanced level of Excel (mandatory) and knowledge of Power BI (desirable).
• English: Advanced proficiency; 3–5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate planning, or debt structuring, ideally within the aviation, banking, or asset financing sectors.
