Qualificações

• ATPL or CPL with multi-engine and instrument ratings.
• Minimum of 1500 flight hours, with significant experience in multi-engine commercial operations.
• Proficiency in relevant aircraft types operated by the airline.
• Excellent understanding of aviation regulations, aerodynamics, meteorology, and navigation.
• Strong CRM (Crew Resource Management) skills and decision-making capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as First Officer on assigned commercial flights, ensuring safe flight operations in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist the Captain in all phases of flight, including pre-flight planning, in-flight operations, and post-flight duties.
• Monitor aircraft systems, navigation equipment, and flight instruments, making adjustments as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with air traffic control, flight crews, and ground personnel.
• Manage and execute flight plans, adhering to schedules and optimizing routes for efficiency and safety.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any in-flight emergencies or abnormal situations.
• Maintain a high level of crew coordination and situational awareness throughout the flight.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and conduct while on duty.
• Participate in recurrent training and simulator checks to maintain proficiency and certifications.
