DXC Technology in Mexico City is seeking a highly skilled Firewall Security Engineer to join our Security team. You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise firewall and network security solutions, working across next‑gen firewalls, zero‑trust architectures, microsegmentation, and WAF platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with major vendors including Palo Alto Networks, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Fortinet FortiGate, and Check Point, plus strong English and Spanish communication.

Formación

• Experience administering Web Application Firewalls (WAF) such as Cloudflare, Imperva, F5, or equivalents.
• Proven track record as Firewall Engineer, Network Security Engineer, or Cybersecurity Engineer.
• Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto Networks, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Fortinet FortiGate, or Check Point.
• Experience managing VPNs, IDS/IPS, and core networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS).
• Experience supporting Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and secure remote access solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise firewall infrastructures including multiple vendors.
• Monitor firewall performance, security events, and audit logs to identify and respond to incidents.
• Implement and maintain firewall rules, security policies, and ACLs.
• Support Prisma Access deployments to enable secure remote connectivity with zero-trust controls.
• Collaborate with network, security, cloud, and infrastructure teams to integrate security controls.
