DXC Technology in Mexico seeks a highly skilled Firewall Security Engineer to design, implement, administer, and optimize firewall and network security solutions guarding critical enterprise environments. You will work with next‑gen firewalls, zero‑trust architectures, microsegmentation, and secure remote access platforms.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in English and Spanish, troubleshoots security incidents, and collaborates with global teams while maintaining thorough documentation

Formación

• Experience administering Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
• Proven Firewall Engineer experience.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust concepts and architectures.
• Experience with VPNs, IDS/IPS, and core networking protocols.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise firewall infrastructures.
• Monitor firewall performance, security events, and audit logs; respond to incidents.
• Implement and manage firewall rules and ACLs per requirements.
• Support Prisma Access deployments for secure remote access.
• Manage Akamai Guardicore microsegmentation to strengthen segmentation.
• Administer WAF technologies (Cloudflare, Imperva, etc.) to protect web apps.
• Maintain documentation, participate in audits and disaster recovery planning.
