Bosch Juárez plant is seeking a Finished Goods Planner responsible for creating and following weekly production schedules, coordinating with SAP systems to meet customer demand and avoid shortages.

You will manage inventory levels, prevent obsolescence, coordinate shipments to minimize premium freight, and drive improvements in delivery performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field, bilingual Spanish and advanced English, and 2–5 years of planning experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• Bilingual: Spanish & Advanced English.
• 2–5 years of planning experience (Finished goods/Materials).
• Experience with SAP and material planning systems.
• Strong Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Create weekly/daily production schedules to avoid shortages and downtime.
• Coordinate shipment of products according to customer requirements, avoiding premium freight.
• Maintain finished goods inventory at optimal levels and control obsolescence.
• Improve to and maintain a 100% on-time delivery rating.
• Provide support to all departments in requiring finished good product.
• Identify and realize inventory reduction potentials.
