Bosch Juarez is seeking a finished goods planning professional to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels using SAP and planning tools. You will create weekly and daily production schedules and coordinate shipments to meet customer demand while minimizing obsolescence.

The role requires 2–5 years in planning, experience with Ford/Mercedes/FCA portals, and strong Excel skills. Bilingual Spanish and Advanced English are essential for cross-functional communication within a global

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
Bilingual Spanish & Advanced English.
2–5 years of experience in Planning Positions (Finished Goods/Customer Service or Raw Material).
Experience managing and using customer portals from Ford, Mercedes, FCA among others.
Experience working in SAP, Material Planning Systems, Reporting tools (BW, BO, Tableau).
Good leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Good Excel skills

Responsabilidades

Control resources to cover customer demand on time and quantities; coordinate with Business Units and raw material planners.
Create and follow weekly/daily production schedules to avoid shortages and downtime; maintain optimal finished goods inventory.
Control and avoid finished goods obsolescence.
Coordinate shipment of products according to customer requirements to avoid premium freight.
Improve to and maintain a 100% on-time delivery performance rating.
Define and implement improvement projects in procurement planning area.
