Job summary

HEINEKEN MÉXICO is seeking a senior Finance professional to lead end-to-end FP&A and strategic planning in Monterrey. You will partner with senior stakeholders, align strategy with financial outcomes, and define key KPI drivers for standard reporting.

The role requires 6–8 years of FP&A/strategic planning experience, strong MS Office and advanced Excel skills, and advanced English. This permanent position sits in the Finance function and offers growth in a global brewer environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar required.
• 6–8 years of experience in strategic planning, FP&A or related roles.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, continuous learning mindset and stakeholder management.
• Advanced English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end financial and strategic planning cycle (Long and Short Term).
• Ensure strong alignment between strategy, business priorities and financial outcome.
• Act as strategic business partner to senior stakeholders, translating financial insights into actionable recommendations.
• Define and govern the key value drivers and KPIs.
• Define requirements for standard management reporting.
