Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Financial Analyst I to join our team in Guadalajara, MX!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Customer Reporting & Analysis : Responsible for tracking actual customer level results and maintaining a shadow P&L to capture all revenue and expenses related to the customer. Working close with the Sales and Operations teams to understand agreed upon deals and proposed margins.
• Executive Meeting Prep and Leadership : Assist in the preparation of Executive- level presentations and meetings, such as quarterly business reviews, and engage with Senior leadership in understanding and representing the financial metrics and results.
• Work closely with HR Sales Compensation
• General Finance support

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in general Finance role, desire working with sales aspects.
• Proven effective verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is required; all applications must be submitted in English).
• Advanced application of Microsoft Excel.
• Expertise in Power BI preferred.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate

$24,808.33 - $29,945.47 MXN Monthly
