Job summary

PKC Group in Mexico is seeking a Finance Lead for the Rolling Stock division. You will lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate reporting, analyzing performance and guiding decisions with clear recommendations.

You will partner with manufacturing and operations to drive cost efficiency and performance improvements. The role requires strong finance knowledge, English proficiency, and experience with ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Finance, accounting, economics, statistics or similar education.
• English language proficiency.
• Office and ERP systems for manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and assess risks.
• Experience building financial models and performance projections.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate reporting for the Rolling Stock business.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for decisions.
• Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to drive cost efficiency and performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, government reporting, and corporate policies.
• Support financial planning, capital budgeting, risk assessment, and financial modeling.
