Flex seeks a Finance Analytics professional to translate business questions into analytics requirements, build reliable data models, and deliver executive-ready dashboards for FP&A and finance operations.
You will work with controllers, FP&A, and operations to convert transactional data into decision-support reports and ensure data integrity across ERP, data warehouse, and reporting tools. Strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills are essential.

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications.
Translate Finance and business questions into clear analytics requirements, reliable data models, and reporting solutions.
Provide financial insight through dashboards, KPI scorecards, reconciliations, variance analysis, trend analysis, and executive‑ready reporting.
Ensure data quality, consistency, documentation, and governance across Finance‑related sources such as ERP, data warehouse, reporting platforms, planning systems, and relevant operational systems.
Support process optimization, reporting automation, system controls, and continuous improvement initiatives that improve Finance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Experience working closely with controllers, finance managers, FP&A, operations, logistics/supply chain, and leadership teams to convert transactional data into dashboards and decision‑support reports.
Strong ability to identify root causes of data differences between systems and design controls that improve reporting accuracy, data integrity, and financial traceability.
Hands‑on exposure to large enterprise systems and structured reporting environments, including ERP, data warehouse, SQL Server, BI dashboards, and operational systems that feed Finance reporting.
Practical experience preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, charts, KPI dashboards, scorecards, and management recommendations based on data from multiple sources.
