You will package aid, verify FAFSA data, counsel students and families, maintain financial aid policies, and use Windows, Word, Excel and Empower to ensure accurate, compliant awards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2–3 years finance aid/regulated experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Empower.
• Strong typing and 10-key skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to Life Pacific University's Christian mission.

Responsibilities

• Reviews federal needs analysis documents for accuracy and follows up for Income documentation for federal verification.
• Awards and revises financial aid for undergraduate students within federal, state and institutional guidelines. Packages students based on financial aid packaging model.
