Autoliv in Querétaro is seeking a finance intern to support shared services processes across R2R, S2P and O2C. You will maintain KPI reports and dashboards, validate data and assist with month-end and year-end reporting while using Power BI and Excel in a collaborative environment.

The role also supports data strategy, process intelligence and reporting improvements, with flexible scheduling and potential remote work options. Fluency in English and strong organizational skills are required.

Formación

• Enrolled student in the final years of Accounting, Business Administration or Finance.
• Advanced English required.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables.
• Power BI knowledge required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain reports, KPI files and dashboards for R2R, S2P, O2C and other finance processes.
• Data validation, report refreshes and Power BI updates.
• Support month-end/year-end reporting, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with data strategy and process intelligence efforts.

To develop a comprehensive understanding of finance shared services processes within the automotive industry, with the opportunity to support R2R, S2P, or O2C activities. The role will also support Data Strategy and Process Intelligence by maintaining key reports, tracking KPIs, assisting with data validation, and using Microsoft 365 tools such as Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Copilot to improve reporting, collaboration, and process visibility.

On site- Autoliv Queretaro (Avenida 5 de Febrero, Queretaro, Querétaro Arteaga)

What You'll Do

Support finance operations and Data Strategy activities by maintaining key reports, KPI files, and dashboards for R2R, S2P, O2C, and other finance departments. Activities include data validation, report refreshes, Power BI updates, variance analysis, process documentation, follow-up with departments, month-end and year-end reporting support, journal entry assistance, reconciliations, supporting documentation, and audit support.

What Is Required

• Must be an enrolled student of the last years of Accounting, Business Administration or Finance in an accredited School.
• Advanced English skills.
• Schedule availability.
• Must have strong work ethics and be well organized and a self-starter.
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
• Advanced Excel skills and pivot tables.
• Power BI knowledge.
