PEÑAFIEL BEBIDAS, S.A. DE C.V. is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to partner with Finance, IT, and business units to optimize and modernize enterprise financial systems.

The role focuses on translating finance needs into scalable data and automation solutions, supporting ERP modernization, and enabling AI-enabled workflows for faster close and reporting. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial systems, business systems analysis, automation, or IT-enabled process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/financial applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
• Experience with low-code/no-code and automation platforms (Power Platform, Alteryx, QuickBase, Blue Prism).
• Working knowledge of data modeling, reporting, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Familiarity with SQL and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server).
• Understanding of month-end close, GL, consolidations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, change management, deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate business needs into technical specs; English fluency; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, and vendors to deliver enhancements across financial systems and reporting platforms.
• Drive automation by identifying manual, redundant, or control-sensitive processes and developing scalable solutions.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support low-code/no-code apps, dashboards, and data models to improve close and reporting.
• Support ERP modernization, upgrades, integrations, and cloud-based finance platforms.
• Analyze and troubleshoot financial system issues; monitor performance and coordinate root-cause analysis.
• Develop integrations and data flows across ERP, reporting, analytics, and automation platforms for accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate opportunities to use AI-assisted development and analytics to accelerate delivery and insights.
• Create and maintain documentation for requirements, processes, configurations, tests, controls, and procedures.
• Provide user training and stakeholder communications to help finance teams use systems effectively.
