A finance and accounting firm is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires at least five years of accounting experience, including supervisory roles, and strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing processes and managing financial audits. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Oracle ERP is advantageous.

Formación

• At least two years work experience as Accounting Supervisor; a total of five (5) years in General Accounting.
• Must be organized, systematic with keen attention to detail.
• Experience in project management and coordination preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day General Accounting operations including checking invoices and reconciliation.
• Support compliance with PEZA, BOC, BIR, and other external parties.
• Develop policies and procedures to meet business targets.
