Job summary

Corning Inc. is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst, Enterprise Application Support, to bolster operational excellence across enterprise finance systems in Monterrey.

You will collaborate with IT, internal stakeholders, and third-party providers to ensure system effectiveness and compliant, high-quality service delivery. You will lead daily operations, track metrics, and participate in data-integrity initiatives while supporting strategic finance projects and acquisitions-related data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of finance processes.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process controls.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage issues logically and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and service delivery for Enterprise Application Support processes and systems.
• Partner with IT and service providers to resolve issues and implement improvements in a timely manner.
• Participate in projects and integration activities, including system implementations and acquisition-related data integrations.
• Monitor operational metrics, identify performance gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, controls, and audit requirements.
• Support data quality initiatives and process standardization efforts.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and provide recommendations to improve operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels to drive successful outcomes.

In this role, you will collaborate with global teams, support critical business operations, and help ensure process rigor, compliance, and high-quality service delivery across the organization.

What is your role?

As a Finance Operations Analyst, Enterprise Application Support (EAS), you will provide operational support for enterprise finance applications while partnering with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party service providers. You will help maintain system effectiveness, ensure compliance with controls and audit requirements, support strategic initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve data quality, processes, and overall service performance.
