Sphise Technologies is hiring a Finance Manager to lead the FP&A function for a fast-growing mid-sized company. This hands-on role requires ownership of financial analyses, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting end-to-end, with a strong emphasis on actionable insights and financial storytelling to support strategic decisions.

You will build and maintain 3-statement models, perform ROI and scenario analyses, prepare monthly and quarterly decks, and drive improvements in FP&A processes.

Formación

• 4+ years of progressive Finance/FP&A experience.
• Experience in a Big Four firm and/or Fortune 500 company.
• Experience in mid-sized companies is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of 3-statement financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills (heavy modeling role; keyboard-driven workflows preferred).
• Experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations with clear financial narratives (IBM Cognos TM1 experience is a plus, Tableau experience a plus, Private Equity experience highly preferred).
• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, cleaning and validating data, and building data models across multiple data sources.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain 3-statement financial models, with a strong understanding of their flow.
• Develop models and analyses from scratch, including ROI analysis and scenario modeling.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial review decks with clear financial storytelling, variance analyses, and waterfall analyses.
• Partner with finance leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, costs, and overall P&L performance.
• Support PE-related reporting and ad-hoc financial analyses.
• Help establish and improve FP&A best-practice processes in an evolving environment.
